Why Fly with SUN-AIR

How to Check In

To check in for your SUN-AIR flight, the airline shares British Airways’ online check-in service to let its passengers check-in at home, office, or hotel. Online check-in is available via the website 24 hours before departure. With the online check-in option, SUN-AIR passengers are able to bypass lines at the airport check-in counter or airport kiosks and directly go to the departure hall. The airline also recommends its passengers to print their boarding pass no later than an hour before departure. Upon printing the boarding pass and upon seat selection, passengers may directly have baggage tagged by an agent and sent to the aircraft via Fast Bag Drop at the airport. In addition, SUN-AIR also recommends that to make it to your gate on time, it is better to leave enough time to get through all security checks within the airport.

Baggage Allowance & Fees

What matters to its passengers, matters to the airline. SUN-AIR passengers are allowed to one checked baggage that will not exceed 23 kilograms. In addition to the checked baggage, a hand baggage may also be carried in, as long as it does not exceed the weight requirement of six kilograms. However, not all hand-carry baggage are allowed within the cabin. To ensure the comfort of passengers and the safety of everyone within the aircraft, hand baggage that have wheels, and contain various items that are not allowed to be carried, will be placed in the cargo room. SUN-AIR charges additional fees to additional bags, sporting equipment, and overweight items.
