Why fly with Air Busan

Check-in

Self-check-in allows passengers to get assigned seats and a boarding pass more conveniently. At Gimpo Airport, you can print out your boarding pass at Asiana kiosks.

Meals on Board

Beverages are provided according to season. In winter, expect to be served citrus juice, groundwater Jeju Samdasu, organic coffee and green tea. In summer, citrus juice groundwater Jeju Samdasu and organic coffee are served.

Baggage Allowances

In addition to 20kg checked baggage allowances for adults and children on international routes and 15kg for domestic routes, passengers are allowed to bring on board a collapsible stroller, portable cradle, or an infants car seat free of charge as checked baggage. Carry-on baggage must be less than 115cm in size and weight less than 10kg. A small musical instrument may be carried on board without an additional charge if the case meets the carry-on size (total sum of three sides is less than 115cm). However, if you are carrying a cello, double bass, Gayageum or Geomungo, you should purchase an additional seat.

In-flight Services

There is certainly no lack of warmth on board every one of its services and flights. Its characteristic heart-greeting cherishes the ideal of love and trust for passengers. It is probably one of the few airlines, if not the only one, that provides reading glasses upon request on international flights. Nursing mums who want to breastfeed during the flight can also ask for a nursing cover service. Teenagers, between 12 and 17, travelling alone can apply for the Unaccompanied Minors service. Newspapers are provided during the flight but the airline goes one step further by recycling newspapers in accordance with its Go Green policy. There is a duty free item pre-order service to save time. Passengers whose flight code-shares with Asiana Airlines need to visit the Asiana Airlines duty free website.
