ASKY Airlines Flights

ASKY Airlines is a passenger airline in Togo. Its head office is located in Lomé, Togo, and it has its hub in the Lomé-Tokoin Airport. It was created on the initiative of the West African governments, as cross-border air transport in West and Central Africa became difficult due to the bankruptcy of pan-African airline Air Afrique in 2002. In January 2004, at the conference of the Economic Community of West African States and the West African Economic and Monetary Union, a decision was made to create a private, cost-efficient airline to serve the region. ASKY Airlines was established in November 2007, and the first revenue flight occurred in January 2010.

The vision of AKSY Airlines is to be an international airline that connects African countries to each other and to other parts of the world. It aims to offer excellent quality service, assure the safety of its passengers and staff, offer flights at competitive rates, and to contribute to the development of tourism in Africa.

Why Fly with ASKY Airlines

How to Check In

Proceed to the ASKY airport counters to undergo the check-in procedure. Passengers are required to provide their e-ticket or booking number, own passport, and ShebaMiles card for those who have it. Once the agent gives you your boarding pass and immigration form, you may now proceed to the departure hall. Check-in counters are closed at least 45 minutes prior to departure to assure on-time departure and arrival to the destination.

Baggage Allowance & Fees

Checked baggage must be no longer than 90 cm and no wider than 53 cm. It is recommended to keep valuable and fragile items as well as important documents as cabin baggage, as passengers will not have access to checked luggage throughout the duration of the flight. Also note that any object that is potentially dangerous will not be allowed on board, and liquids in the cabin will be strictly regulated. Each passenger is allowed hand luggage with dimensions that do not exceed a length of 55 cm, width of 25 cm, and depth of 40 cm. The maximum weight for free allowance is 10 kg for business class passengers and 7 kg for economy class passengers. Adults with babies will be given an additional baggage allowance of 10 kg, and are allowed to carry a bassinet, a baby seat, or a collapsible stroller. Children with 75% of applicable adult fare receive the same allowance as adults.

Inflight Food

In-flight meals differ according to class and special requests, but rest assured that all meals are all planned and created to make your flight more comfortable and enjoyable. Meals and drinks are served to economy class passengers depending on the flight duration and the time of flight; breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner and the beverages, whether hot or cold or alcoholic or not, are served accordingly. A glass of champagne or fruit juice is served as a welcome drink once business class passengers are seated. Haute cuisine is served and the crew will always be attentive to your every need. Passengers from all classes who require special meals for religious reasons, or dietary or medical needs are encouraged to inform the travel agent or ASKY offices at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure.
