How to Check In

Online check-in, either via the website or mobile app, is compulsory for all passengers. Otherwise, a fee of SGD 78.90 (USD 55.78) per passenger will be imposed for check-in at the airport. The exception is Business Plus passengers, who may check in at the airport counter free of charge. Web check in - Can be done on this page. Opens 30 days before departure for passengers with pre-booked seats, 4 days before departure for passengers without and closes 2 hours before departure. Mobile app - Ryanair app downloadable for free from the iTunes and Google Play stores and produces mobile boarding passes. Airport counter - Only available for Business Plus passengers.

Checked baggage
Leisure Plus and Business Plus passengers are entitled to one free piece of checked baggage up to 20kg. Regular fare tickets do not come with free checked baggage, but passengers can buy checked baggage allowances of 15 or 20kg. Allowances are sold per person, per one-way flight. Fees vary according to travel season and route, but discounts are available when checked baggage is booked online.
Excess baggage
Excess cabin baggage may be denied at the gate. If there is space in the hold, excess cabin baggage may be transported for a fee of SGD 87.50 (USD 61.86) per piece.

Seating

Leisure Plus passengers enjoy a seat in the mid or rear cabin for free, while Business Plus passengers are entitled a free seat in the front cabin. Seats can be pre-booked online from the time of booking up till 2 hours before departure. There are 3 types of seats available: ● Priority with extra legroom - Prices start from SGD 26.30 (18.59) per one-way trip ● Priority - Prices start from SGD 22.80 (USD 16.12) per one-way trip ● Standard - Prices start from SGD 14 (USD 9.90) per one-way trip Customers who do not wish to pre-book a seat will be allocated a seat free of charge upon online check-in, beginning 4 days before departure.
