Where to go

Seven Mile Beach - Cayman Island's top attraction is the Seven Mile Beach, though the name is an exaggerated take on the actual length of the uninterrupted long crescent of coral-sand beach, which is actually only about 4.5 miles long. Regardless, Seven Mile Beach is known for its beauty; Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine have awarded it as the Caribbean's Best Beach. The best part is that it's open to the public. In fact, open grilling is allowed and pets may roam freely, but loud music and public nudity are strictly prohibited.

Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park - On the island of Grand Cayman in the North Side District is a non-profit outdoor garden and wildlife facility called Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park. It is jointly owned by the Cayman Islands Government and the National Trust for the Cayman Islands. The park was opened in 1994, initially with only the Woodland Trail completed, and now features the Floral Colour Garden, a Cayman Heritage Garden, an orchid boardwalk exhibit, a lake, a Blue Iguana Habitat, a gift shop, and a visitor's interpretive centre. In addition, the botanic park also has a plant nursery. It can also be rented out as a venue for events, such as weddings and art exhibits. The park hosts an annual Orchid Show every March.

Stingray City, Grand Cayman - Stingray City is a series of shallow sandbars in the shallow waters of the northwest corner of North Sound (Grand Cayman). It is popular amongst tourists as southern stingrays can be found in abundance. Visitors are allowed to pet and interact with the animals.
