May – October: The wet season in Nassau is hot and humid. Luckily, there’s no shortage of gorgeous beaches and swimming pools to choose from. Brief afternoon thunderstorms help take the edge off. Storms tend to clear quickly, leaving long stretches of sunshine to enjoy. Hurricane season runs from June to November, so keep an eye on the forecasts.

Downtown Nassau

Downtown is where to stay in Nassau if you’re passionate about both fascinating history and great food.
