To get from the airport to downtown Haikou, travellers can take an Airport Shuttle Bus to the centrally-located Civil Aviation Hotel at Mingzhu Square. This bus will take about 35 minutes to arrive in town, at a small fare of about CNY 15 (SGD 3) per pax. Otherwise, taxis can easily be found outside the arrivals hall and would cost only about CNY 50 (SGD 10) for a 30-minute ride into Haikou.
