Nice hotel, beds were comfortable, room was spotless clean and Cosy, staff were very friendly and helpful. 4minute walk to the metro just takes 5mins to get into the centre of vienna. Would stay here again.

Never book this hotel, it is so poor and not a 4 star hotel.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to book this hotel. Do Not waste your money because you will be very disappointed. I was last there last week and stayed for 5 days with my husband because we already paid for it, otherwise we would NEVER stay. This is not a 4 star hotel, this is a 1 or 2 star hotel at most. The staff is good and polite, but it is a dirty hotel in general, the rooms are very small and have a really bad odor, they stink just like the toilets. The mattress was damaged.
The breakfast was poor, with very limited options, quality of the products was rather low and the hygiene standards were unsatisfactory. Even the coffee was poor and the coffee machine was so dirty.
The rooms vere never cleaned unless you tell them, ok this would not be a problem for me cause I don’t need it to be cleaned everyday but even when we got in the room on the first day the room was not very clean, you could see A LOT OF DUST everywhere and the curtains were so dirty.
Do not be fooled by the pictures in the internet. They are FAKE.

I do not recommend it; it was a terrible experience, and it is not a 4-star hotel!

I stayed for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we noticed a strange persistent odor; later we realized that smoking had occurred in the room, even though it is not allowed. Indeed, the curtains and other furnishings were impregnated with the smell of smoke. Given the intensity of the odor, I was surprised that the situation had not been detected earlier by the staff and that a more thorough cleaning had not been performed before assigning the room to guests.
On the first day, the room was not cleaned. When we requested clarification, we were told that we had not displayed the green tag, which was actually hanging on the door. Furthermore, the tag indicates that cleaning should be done as soon as possible and not that it is optional.
On the second day, returning at 7:00 PM, we found the room again not cleaned, despite the tag being displayed. Only after repeated insistence were we able to obtain the service. We also requested a room change due to the persistent smell of smoke, but no alternative solution was offered to us. The person in charge of cleaning also addressed us in an unprofessional manner, claiming that we had not displayed the tag.
The common areas also seemed to be cleaned rather superficially. Breakfast offers a decent variety of savory products, but few sweet options; overall, the quality of the products was rather low.
Part of the staff proved to be kind and helpful, assisting us in finding practical solutions during the rainy days, for example, providing us with umbrellas and directions to reach a pharmacy. Other members of the staff, however, were found to be somewhat rude and inattentive to the needs of the guests.
Among the positive aspects, I highlight the location of the establishment, situated near the U4 and U6 subway lines, in a quiet and well-served neighborhood, with a pharmacy, supermarkets, and various shops in the immediate vicinity.

Embarrassing customer management and non-existent support

Bad experience, I strongly advise against booking in this property if you are looking for professionalism. Due to a sudden otitis of our child, we tried a dialogue not to miss the stay, but we found a rubber wall.
Here are the critical points that made the situation a nightmare:
Exasperating slowness: We reported the emergency in advance, but the responses came in days later. This silence dragged us close to leaving without a solution, preventing us from organizing ourselves differently and maximizing the disservice.
Replies from "Bot": The few emails received were full of done sentences and preset replies. No empathy or real will to solve the problem, despite the talk of the health of a little guest.
Date changes impossible: They proposed to change the date, but it turned out to be a joke: the site never gave availability for the periods indicated, making their "opening" completely theoretical and nothing in practice.
The final mockery: When your stay has expired (and money lost), you are allowed to offer us a discount on your next booking. After such a treatment, it is absurd to think that a customer might want to come back or invest more money in such an unserious structure.
In summary: If things go well, everything is ok, but at the first unexpected (even health) you will be left to your own devices. Flexibility and hospitality here do not know what they are. Stay away from it.

Positively surprised

Very clean hotel, extremely friendly staff. Ideally located for our activities. U-Bahn around the corner, as well as the Meidlinger Markt. Meidlinger Hauptstrasse with shopping facilities within minutes. Price performance top.
