What to see and do

Zürich is frequently mistaken as the capital of Switzerland, due to its cultural and economic significance to the country. Though it’s not the capital - that honour belongs to Bern - Zürich is still top of the list when tourists think of a holiday in Switzerland. A clean, well-run and beautiful city, Zürich is often called the ‘Singapore of Europe’ for its efficiency, pristine streets and orderly public.

If you’re in Zürich, don’t miss a visit to the Bruno Weber Sculpture Park for a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience interspersed with natural beauty and the artistic works of an eccentric genius. The park is packed with life-like sculptures of the creatures that roam Bruno Weber’s imagination, including winged dogs, dragons, nymphs, unicorns, fire monsters and much more. Step in for a glimpse of the organised chaos of a genius’ mind - you’re also free to touch, climb, feel and sit on the exhibits, unlike your typical strait-laced museum.

Once you’re done with that, follow up with some well-deserved retail therapy at the central shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse Zürich.
