To reach Osaka city centre, you can take Osaka Monorail from the airport. It takes about 25 minutes and costs about JPY500 to JPY640 (SGD6.11 to 7.82) for a one-way ticket, depending on how far is the station you will drop off. You can also take an airport bus which takes about 15-20 minutes to the Osaka city centre, and the fare is about JPY200-220 (SGD2.44-2.69).

This airport is the major hub for All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines. Unfortunately, there are no direct flights from Singapore to Osaka. You need to take a flight with one connection with Japan Airlines.
