Very basic no frills accommodation but it was clean and cheap. The location is good. There is no coffee or breakfast and no coffee maker so plan accordingly. Nice bedding and clean bathroom.

Well-located motel. Not much amenities besides a simple continental breakfast. Very limited parking. Rooms were clean, however the bathroom door knob was broken.

They use 'real' keys here so that was an adventure. Only 1 key out of 4 dedicated to our room actually worked. The door stuck closed due to moisture, paint, etc. so we had to hip-check it to enter the room. Locking the door from the inside was not really an option. The knob remained locked automatically (easy to get locked out - beware) on the outside but it was hard to tell from the inside if it was secure. There was only the extra lever to slide over as additional security for the door; no dead bolt. On the garden level, that was a little unsettling, though this is a very safe town. Very long wait to check in and the parking is really tight, and first come first served. Beware if you drive a large SUV or Truck... That said, this is in walking distance to Zoe cafe which was phenomenally good for breakfast and other options throughout the day. The Inn offered breakfast apparently but the information was not provided at check in and there was no resource book or pamphlet in the room. We chose to just go elsewhere.
The cable did not work on the TV. My husband had to mess with all the cables and cords to get it connected and working.
The accommodations are clean and fine for one night. Much longer than that, it's not very comfortable for our taste.

The sheets and towels were clean, but I didn’t walk barefoot on the carpet. The room was tight and there was only one small desk chair to sit on. The entire place needs major modernization. The owners are sweet. Breakfast wasn’t the worst I’ve had. The best thing about this property is the location as it’s across the street from wsu campus. We will not be staying there again.

It’s an older property but did what we needed it to. Check in was easy. Staff was great. A restaurant, a diner and a convenience store all right there
