My first choice in Madrid

* Fantastic Location: Excellent area surrounded by great spots for dining, tapas, and drinks. Subway station in 1 minute
* Room & Comfort: Very clean, good-sized rooms with comfortable beds and incredible air conditioning—unlike many hotels that restrict the temperature, you have full control here.
* Exceptional Service: Staff are very attentive and helpful. When we had a brief issue with the hot water, they changed our room immediately without any hassle.
* Loyal Guest: This was my second time staying here, and I will keep coming back every time I'm in Madrid.

* None! I can recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

Really good neighborhood, with a variety of local restaurants to choose from. Not a tourist area.

Something to consider when going to Madrid.

Very well situated in an area with a great hospitality and entertainment offering.
Clean room and the bed was very comfortable.
Very attentive staff.

Booked a standard double but was given an accessible room. Also the room was right by the elevator and the noise from the waiting area and restaurant was quite loud. Also the walls are thin so not ideal if you have noisy neighbours having a “fun time(!)” Reception staff were very nice though and the bed was comfortable
