Comfort.

I 100% recommend Modular Hostel, everything is very clean, the reception staff and the people who work there are very attentive and kind; I would always come back.

Inadvisable, of our trip the worst

We opted for XL modules with the expectation of enjoying a quieter stay with fewer capsules per room.
Regarding the organization of arrival, stay and departure. Although everything is telematics, it has been correct. Very clean and very nice all rooms.
However, the experience fell far short of that goal.
The main deficiency is the total absence of soundproofing. Any noise from other guests — conversations, movements, showers or the use of dryers — is clearly perceived within the module. During the night, this situation intensifies, making rest very difficult, especially when there are late arrivals and departures.
In addition, an air conditioning system that operates continuously generates constant noise that is not compatible with a rest environment.
Nor does the module’s design help: the mattress, wedged between wooden structures, causes creaks with the slightest movement, interrupting sleep even without external factors.
Overall, the concept may be attractive, but the execution has significant shortcomings that directly affect something essential in any accommodation: the quality of rest. Unfortunately, it is not a recommended option for those who value tranquility.

Modular nightmare

I would not recommend this module hotel in Madrid under any circumstances. The experience has been quite disappointing, mainly because of the perceived insecurity in the facilities. There is inadequate access control and on several occasions outsiders are seen loitering, generating a constant sense of unrest.
Moreover, management by the administration is very poor. In the face of any incident, the response is slow or non-existent, and gives the impression that there is no real organization or interest in solving customer problems.
But the most serious thing, no doubt, is the lack of cleanliness. Bathrooms are in very poor condition, with clearly insufficient hygiene for a common place of use. And the most worrying thing is the state of the modules: when checking under mattresses, the dirt is impressive, something totally unacceptable and demonstrating a total lack of control in maintenance.
In short, a negative experience in all key aspects: safety, management and, especially, cleaning. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

NOT RECOMMENDED: DISORGANIZATION AND CLAUSTROPHOBIC SPACES

The experience at this module hotel has been very bad. The first thing that stands out is the ineptitude of the administration, with a disorganized and unprofessional management. In the face of any problems, they do not offer solutions or show any real interest in improving the situation.
In addition, the facilities leave much to be desired: it is not soundproof, so you hear absolutely everything, making it impossible to rest. Nor do they have adequate ventilation, which generates a charged and unhealthy environment.
The modules, far from being comfortable, are claustrophobic, with tight and poorly designed spaces that make the stay quite uncomfortable.
In short, a very negative experience due to poor management and clearly poor housing conditions. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were cancelled when we were on our way and with the reservation paid in advance

We had our reservation cancelled on the way to the accommodation. We had paid it in advance for a month and without any explanation we were cancelled and left on the street. We tried to contact them and there was no way. To our surprise, they had taken out “on offer” the same room that we had been cancelled for twice as much money as we had reserved it for. A few scoundrels, luckily we found something much better and we already know where never to book again.
