Better than 1 highly recommend

Stayed 1 one night on the way to France from Spain. It was that nice we stayed again 1 night on the way back from France to Spain.
Its listed as a 1 star but it should definitely be upgraded. The rooms (304 & 302) were spotless with crisp clean bed linen, with towels and shower gel included. Over the bed fan but no aircon, which didn't matter as the rooms are shaded and cool.
We personally wouldn't pay for the breakfast as it's only croissant or toast, 1 coffee and 1 orange juice per person and it 9€ pp!
Parking is a short walk away on the main bottom road (free but not secure) and the lifts take you up to the main square !
It's dog friendly and staff were friendly. Pictures on website match !
Its opposite a busy bar in a central location

Disastrous stay

Disastrous experience: I am not writing negative reviews, but my 5 day stay at this hotel was simply unacceptable. From the get-go, the problems didn’t stop: constant power outages and a lack of hot water – a staple anywhere you stay. The cleanliness shone through its absence. The room was dirty and the furniture was in a sorry state: the wardrobe door and a chair were broken. Cleaning was virtually non-existent and, to top it off, the gastronomic offer was ridiculous. Breakfast consisted of one piece of toast, one bun and one coffee per person; totally insufficient. Worst of all is his eagerness to collect on fines. Although we accept the no alcohol rule (with a €100 fine), we find it a total abuse to be charged an extra €70 for a stain on a sheet, especially when the general cleaning service was so poor. I would not recommend it at all, let alone for trips with friends or young people. There are much better options that won’t try to get you out of every little detail while neglecting the basics.

Nightmare but at Christmas this

We go in pieces because this hotel deserves it.
Attention: the reception girl (young woman) with passive-aggressive surname is like the Zara shop assistants who call you heart but at the same time you know that if they could they would give you a glove. First of all, as soon as we arrive, we get upset about having left the bags where THEY had told us, a delight, but then he lies to my face telling me that he can not change rooms because it was all full (spoiler: there were rooms in Booking available and also for 61 euros less than I had paid)
Noise: well, as a matter of fact, it's not like you hear everything I wanted to go through the street and the good that the people in the bar downstairs are having fun is that the walls are so thin that you hear the neighbor on the right defecate, "relate" with his partner on the left, the TV show that the ones upstairs are watching and the neighbor from two rooms beyond arriving like a flower at 4 in the morning HEAVY
Room: the mattress is older than you and mother combined and as soon as you lie down it engulfs you, it has to be at least the ones that rented postwar, the pillow is a smoking paper with a cover but if you request it, they give you a pillow more #luxury
The bathroom: it deserves its own section because fabric, in fact I asked for the change of room because it almost gives me something to see, I felt quite conned because the photos nothing to see and when I told the reception friend told me that there were photos of the bathrooms, ups that chance that mine that was before renovating it the Alcantara with its grimy bathroom curtain included did not appear. I felt pretty ripped off. Oh and the cistern is not going well, especially because you keep in mind because if you've been married for 7 years like me, you don't care a little bit but if you go with your new xurri... maybe some tears escape you
Breakfast: pfffff 7 euro you might think that at least breakfast is saved... Well, no. A 1.5l packet juice of granini, a latte and to choose 3 mini-croasanes or toast with tomato oil and a sad slice of ham #sincomentarios.
Heating: it's like your grandmother's power station, they put it from 4 pm to 12 pm and if you're cold in the morning then you'll... That you have to save and global warming is a fact
Amenities: two bottles of shampoo and gel 2 in 1 a hand soap thinner than Paris Hilton in 2000 and hair dryer you can ask the reception girl, of course, from 16 to 22 which is when it is , if you want to dry it in the morning that you will...
Finally warn you that there is only one plug if you are going to play to see who runs out of battery before or you have to carry a house thief
I would not recommend this hotel even to the girl who pulled my hair at the age of 5 because it really goes horror but for colors

Spartan and cheap

The property is located in the historic center, in pedestrian area. The room was clean. Access in the evening hours is through a code, because the concierge is closed. Breakfast, good, is offered in an adjacent bar. Overall good value for money.
The room was in an attic, with opening onto the roof, with two single beds (but we had already been informed). Unfortunately, we had hot days, so the night was a bit hot.

Poor management and worse response. But quick to charge for services not provided

Very bad service and worse treatment. Don't think about going. After booking I receive no email, no response from 12 calls at different times and days, and no WhatsApp. Faced with such management we decided not to go. When I finally get to talk to explain the situation in very bad ways they do not give me solutions, and what if they know how to manage fast is the charge of the Reservation for a service not enjoyed. We travel very often all over the world and I have never seen anything like it.

Very good location
