All right.

Overall the hotel is great very nice location and very clean.. Very friendly staff and I want to highlight Rosa from reception for her kindness and that we provided some crutches, and Juanra from the restaurant also for her kindness.

Correct rooms, but issues with the information regarding breakfast and pets.

We booked two adjoining rooms with a double bed and balcony to spend a night at the Cazorla Tourist Villa apartments. The rooms themselves were fine, but the management of the information left us quite dissatisfied.
On one hand, the website indicated that breakfast was included, but the next morning we were told at reception that this was not the case. On the other hand, although they accept pets, the additional charge for them is not clearly specified in advance.
Considering that it was a very difficult day for our family due to personal reasons, these misunderstandings marred our stay. It serves its purpose for sleeping, but they need to improve the clarity of what they offer on their website.

Excellent

We have had the opportunity to stay at this magnificent accommodation from 20 to 22 February on a half board basis.
On arrival and several times we were attended at reception Antonio , an excellent professional and person, we loved the friendliness and treatment, explained how to move around the village and surroundings and everything related to the villa.
At dinner time the first night we were attended by Sergio and the second Sergio and Juan Ramón , we want to thank all the staff and team who attended us for your liking, sympathy and courtesy , we congratulate you because you have made us feel comfortable at all times.
I would also like to comment that half board dinner is a starter menu, first course, second course and dessert.
The food is quite delicious and quite quality.
Breakfast is buffet and varied: various types of coffees , infusions, juice , water, yogurts, wholemeal bread and normal bread, cold cuts (chorizo, sausage, serrano ham, york, turkey and cheese), various types of oils, pâté and jams, variety of sweets, scrambled eggs etc.
Stunning views that surround you in the magic that Cazorla has, comfortable and isolated from noise, with a fridge and heating that work in perfect condition.
A pleasure to have known such a cozy place, which we will return if we have the opportunity to visit Cazorla again.

Disconnection in Cazorla

The rooms are a bit old but all very clean! I highlight the friendliness of the staff, especially the restaurant boy! Very good people . I would definitely repeat, it is also 5 minutes walk to the center of Cazorla.

Unique enclave, quiet and good service

Highlight the Villa staff, its good doing and friendliness.
This is the third Villa we visited and we know we will find some rustic facilities.The two storey Villa that touched us was very nice , with two sinks and a terrace.
I only have two sticks, last year we had no problem in the Villa of Cordoba but this year we have not been able to do the Half Pension at noon.
And my second reference is regarding the entry of pets.The rules are clear on the web about where pets can be and where they can not be.But since here we are so cool and do what we want and the (animals) are part of the family take them to the pool.
