great location , booked 4 hours before stay sorted it all out with a easy system to get in and place was very comfortable and beds where great

The apartment we were allocated was not as shown on your web site. It was cramped and certainly not spacious. Total area was less than 20 square metres, The fridge was dirty and the wall paper coming away in the bedroom. Not enough room to walk down the side of the bed we had to crawl into the bed. How this could possibly be accommodation for 3 people is impossible to imagine. There was no balcony as shown on the website. All together total unacceptable for a Christmas holiday.

Smelly and unprofessional staff
Rooms smelt as if they have been uncleaned in years, I think it was the cheap cleaning products. The staff were just not friendly either, ignored us when we asked questions. Location is good though, with some restaurants in walking distance.

Spotlessly clean accommodation in an excellent location. Spacious and well equipped, was perfect city vreak location for a family of four.
Quality linen, towels, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Meters from metro, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets and walking distance from most main attractions.

The location was fantastic. It was close to some very good restaurants and not far from gothic quarter and La Boqueria. The apartment was clean and a very nice size. The service was not great though. There was no one to meet us at check-in and I had to go through several emails to find the access code to the front door. The directions sent beforehand were not great.
