Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. There was a party in the restaurant one night and the noise was audible, but not enough to keep me from sleeping.

Worst hotel in Belgrade
We stayed at this hotel with our little daughter and a baby. Unfortunately, the room upon our arrival was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. It was not sprayed against mosquitoes, which made the stay particularly uncomfortable.
Splash half of the tap water from the toilet onto your feet during each rinse.
The hand dryers were dirty and full of holes.
The blind in the room did not work, making it impossible to darken the room. The sun rose shortly after 5 a.m., and everyone was awakened by it. This significantly affected our sleep and made for a restless night.
Despite multiple complaints, the owner did not take on the problems. It showed no efforts to improve the situation or to support us in any way.
Also the breakfast left much to be desired. It was of poor quality and offered only a very limited selection.
Also note that every time you want to go to the hotel you have to pay about 5 € entrance to the grounds where the hotel is located. Without your own car, you're thrown out there. No buses or taxis available on site.
Unfortunately, the photos in no way reflect reality. There are so many other good hotels in Belgrade. If you want to spend a pleasant time in Belgrade, definitely avoid this hotel.

Nice pretty new comfortable hotel on a barge on Sava river (on Tsigan island).
All good: view, staff, bedding, wifi, terrace facing river. Parking.
But rating would deserve more 3.5* as some of equipment is not functional (one blind store and mosquito net not in rail). Breakfast with only 1 coffee! All the rest is ok and thanks to managers for making our stay very good 🙏
