Pensiunea Element

We stayed at the Pensiunea Element for one night and are totally thrilled. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and the manager was very warm and accommodating.
It was my mom's birthday and we were surprised in the morning with a delicious breakfast. The nicest part was the thoughtful attention: The team even brought her a small birthday cake. That touched us deeply and made the day unforgettable.
The rooms were very clean, the bathroom modern and also very well-maintained. We felt completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend the guesthouse. Thank you very much for the great hospitality – we would love to come back!

Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and decorated with great attention to detail, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly spacious and flooded with natural light, creating a bright and airy environment that immediately invites you to feel good.
The bed in my room was large and extremely comfortable, which made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast, a generous selection of delicious options offered. It was the perfect start to the day.
The staff at the hotel were great – always friendly, attentive and willing to do anything to ensure a perfect stay.
I can recommend this place without restrictions and look forward to my next visit!

Amazing hotel !

Absolutely amazing hotel- really clean, modern and thoughtfully decorated hotel. Rooms are super clean and very spacious with a lot of natural light. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom has really good products and powerful shower. Breakfast was great - a generous variety of options. Easy walk to Alba Carolina citadel. Service was just incredible and personable - we loved this place and highly recommend it! Can’t wait to come back again!

EXCELENT

I was there in September 2021 for 3 nights. It's looking like a proper 4+* hotel even a 5* star one. the rooms are amazing and super clean, the staff was amazing and the breakfast amazing. location it's great and the walk to Alba Carolina citadel it's super nice. Go and visit the citadel and stay here !!!

Perfect location

We had a perfect stay at this location. It was our first trip after the lockdown due to covid. You could tell that it's a very modern building where everything was new and clean.
I will write down all the great things I remember about our stay:
- the owner was very lovely, I actually forgot that people so nice existed and this was a very good reminder
- the room was very clean and big
- the bed was very comfortable, the first night I fell asleep instantly without ever realising that. I would love to find out the manufacturer of the mattress! I need one like this at home.
- we stayed for three nights and had breakfast included which was also amazing and very diversified. Also the owner brought was some home made delicios zacusca!
The only improvement I can think of is to expand a little bit the terrace, ad a swing or something like that in the yard. But for our stay it was perfect. I recommend it to all my friends who plan to go in that area.
