Go visit the W Cafe!

Had an amazing stay with W Hotel. The lack of an exec lounge forced me to use their W Cafe which turned out be a hidden gem. It offered good coffee as well as healthy meals, snacks and smoothies. I went there every day for a week. Thi Ha the barista looked after me and was always smiling to greet me.

Solo dinner date

Perfect solo dinner at La Spiga by Papermoon. Food, ambiance and service by Solomon, was amazing & the free desert was a delicious bonus.
I’ll definitely be back!

Salt and Pepper

We had a wonderful evening, and a huge part of that was thanks to Su, who looked after us brilliantly throughout. She was warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful — always there exactly when we needed her without ever being intrusive. Exceptional service and a real credit to the restaurant.
It was also a lovely touch that the chef came out to speak with us personally. It made the whole experience feel much more welcoming and personal.
The live music was another highlight. Both the singer and the pianist were excellent, and the volume was absolutely spot-on. So many restaurants make live music overwhelmingly loud, but here it created a great atmosphere while still allowing us to relax, talk and enjoy dinner.
Great service, a personal touch from the chef and genuinely enjoyable live music — a very memorable evening. Special thanks again to Su!
