Pleasant atmosphere, the food was spectacular, super attentive with service to every detail, and always concerned with improving their attention. Walter, the morning manager, and his team (Stefanny) supported us at all times.

Lovely resting place in bustle of the city
Excellent and welcoming hotel. We arrived after a long flight and were well received. We could use the buffet which was very nice after our trip.

The hotel overall and rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The tub is a bit high. There is a grab bar for getting in and out, but it may prove difficult for young kids or someone with knee issues. There is zero sound proofing on any of the windows. Even from my ninth floor room, I could clearly hear the traffic outside. The beds are VERY firm. The mini bar/ fridge in the room only got cool, not cold. There are also no ice machines, so you always need to call the front desk to request ice\

Top quality hotel at a reasonable price
A good 5star hotel, in a nice area (miraflores). The room was great although a bit outdated and the buffet breakfast was very good.
The executive lounge was also very convenient and confortable.

Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Everyone from calling a cab for us, aiding in a short day trip with a travel group to even exchanging a little money for us. Grovners, behind the desk, was the the most helpful person and I'm sorry if if misspelled your name there fellow but you represented the excellence in customer service that every company strives to have. You are professional and quite the exception to the rule. I trust time will serve you well and prosperity continues in your life.
This was really one of the best decisions we made in our travel. The Melia Lima is a reasonably priced Hotel. Its location is literally 20 Solons from everywhere. The breakfast was a little pricey but it was convenient. I do with that they had a Bar there on site, but there are a few grocery store and cafes with in a short walk of the from door.
