Good Weekend at the Riad

We spent a weekend in the riad and everything was good. It was clean enough, the beds are comfortable and the shower pression depends on how many showers are used in the same time.
Rachida was amazing with us and we loved her breakfasts and also the dinner.
Rachid, the GM, helped us with everything we need and he organized our trip to Desert and to the mountain (trip to the mountain highly recommended)
Soufiane drived us everywhere and he was really nice and disposable

Good but could do better

Very well located 15 minutes from Djema Elfna Square, quiet area. This typical ryad would be extraordinary with a little more maintenance... too bad. No hot water in the kitchen, very little pressure in the showers, however the Khadija staff in the kitchen are very friendly. Just like Khachid.

Marrakech in the heart of the medina

What can we say about this place... located not far from the medina and the souks, this riad is located in a small alley and small side business.
We were 10 people, children and adults. We had a wonderful week without being on top of each other.
They consist of 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom and a terrace on the top floor to enjoy the sun. A swimming pool in the heart of the Riad but it is not heated. A big thank you again to Rachida who was present throughout the stay to prepare breakfasts and evening meals for us as well as to Rachid and whalid for their presence and for accompanying us throughout the stay in our requests and their advice...

A wonderful trip

I stayed here with friends for a friends birthday! It was amazing! I loved that we weren't that close to the main tourists areas. The team there were amazing, Khalil was honestly the best "guide" anyone could dream off - he was so polite and charming he made you feel safe. Rachid the GM was brilliant - checked us in with ease, made sure we had what we needed, checked in on us as well daily and was always nearby if we needed him. Rashida who came every day to clean and would make breakfast was lovely - the breakfasts were amazing and her eggs with the salt and cumin on top honestly I will remember forever.
We booked trips out with other tour companies before arriving and I would strongly suggest not doing that - Rachid and Khalil were more than happy to book everything for you and I would strongly suggest doing this as it will all be bespoke
We had a lovely City tour and we could spend as little or as much time where we wanted
We had a lovely driver Soufiane - he also made you feel safe and was always at the pick up spot at the time you agree. He was friendly and a great laugh
All in all the trip was honestly magnificent - if you are looking for a more genuine holiday then this is the place to be

Disgusting, full of vermin (rats/mice)

On our first night we encountered rats/mice in the Riad. Was told this was "normal". We left the next morning and checked in else where. Was promised refund of remaining nights but did not get a penny back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
