EXCELLENT RIYADH

A wonderful stay in this Riyadh. The service was always very friendly and cordial from Mohamed and the rest of the workers, making us feel at home from the first moment. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness. Its location in the heart of Medina. A highly recommended place to stay if you go to Marrakech.

Welcoming!!!

Riad clean and very quiet!!! A bit difficult to reach because it is located inside the Medina in an alley accessible only on foot. The taxi leaves you about 200 meters from the Riad. The interior of the rooms are very characteristic and is spotless!!! The delicious breakfast served in the rooftop of the Riad.
Ibrahim the manager and 'exceptional helped us in everything booking all the transfers we requested booked us the restaurant and was always present at all hours of the day and night FANTASTIC! Deserves great value for money!!!

Everything very correct and very welcoming, a very pleasant experience and very good care from the staff, I would repeat the experience, everything was very nice and very correct. Plus the staff were very attentive with us. The riad was very well located and very clean.

Quiet in the medina

Visited in spring 2024, we highly recommend this charming Riad located a stone’s throw from Bab Doukkala Mosque, in a quiet area of the medina away from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa el fna. Great welcome from the owners and very attentive staff. Special mention for Malika and Redouane, always kind!

Good but...

We came to spend 3 nights in Marrakech in this Riad. The little young man who welcomed us was keen to do well, and apologized several times for not speaking French (he spoke English very well, so no worries). Unfortunately we were deprived of water during almost our entire stay: we arrived on Saturday afternoon, and on Sunday morning the water was flowing in a very small trickle of cold water! In the afternoon, it was back, we were able to take a shower on our way back from our walk in the city (at 35° it was necessary). But on Monday morning, when I wake up (7 a.m.), no water at all!! And nothing until the evening around 7 p.m. when the cold water returned in a small trickle, but still no hot water. On Tuesday morning, just before we left the Riad, finally, the water was back to normal. Obviously we understood that it was not the fault of the owners of the Riad and that this cut was truly exceptional, but we received no compensation and the only solution offered to us by the young man was to take the water from their little pool to wash in... except that it was very cold and smelled strongly of chlorine.
In short, the Riad itself is very nice, and the welcome is warm, but this water problem spoiled the moment a little...
