A small oasis in the Medina

Riad Chayma is truly a small oasis of peace. The location is indeed strategic: it is situated in the northwest area of the medina, close to the main road where cars can pass (therefore excellent for reaching with trolleys) but at the same time convenient for walking to all the attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was the orange suite located on the ground floor: very spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower equipped with a hairdryer and towels/robes replaced every day. A one-liter bottle of still water is provided in the room. Noteworthy is the breakfast, abundant and varied. The paid transfer service is also convenient.

Absolutely recommendable establishment

The Riad Chayma is an absolutely recommendable establishment for all who appreciate peace and comfort.
We spent 10 days there and returned with an exceptionally positive impression.
The service was extremely friendly, the breakfast excellent, everything was clean, quiet, and very well-maintained.
We felt like we were in our own large home – just with a wonderful team that lovingly takes care of everything.
The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and attentive.
We are deeply impressed by so many warm and accommodating people.

I so much enjoyed my stay at riad Chyama. The grounds were beautiful and the bed very comfortable. I appreciated the location near enough to the main square. All of the staff were so helpful especially Mohamed, he sat down with me the morning after I arrived and shared with me a map of Marrakech. Giving me suggestions what to do and what to avoid. He even checked on me when I had been out for a long time to make sure I was okay. Bonus there is breakfast served on the roof top that was very good. Looking forward to staying here again.
