This one, you have to go get it. Not easy to get a taxi to that location. On the other hand, very pleasant surprise, very comfortable, air-conditioned room. A small pool and a larger one. Sells some ice cream, but for food, you will need to take a taxi; there are good restaurants nearby.
It's a shame that the staff present that day, to whom we asked to call a taxi, took us for fools. Indeed, it was rather a family member who was supposed to take us to downtown Marrakech, and who left us stranded 700 meters from the center. Because he did not have accreditation and did not want to get caught by the police. This is all the more frustrating because he was disabled and did not speak a word of French or English. Unbearable experience.

Seriously a clean place, well equipped, quiet, is respectful, ( family place), quality price ratio, hearty breakfast, two pool , great location, olive trees everywhere,

The lady who is new who manages the welcome does the best to receive you

A little difficult to access and this car park but we still find

Clogged bathroom bungalow but we take it off and it’s okay ... a cat that meows at night it’s annoying to close the eye but its okay
I didn’t test breakfast because 2 mornings early but I think it’s okay. I’ll come back if I’m passing through Agdal
Without car taxi a bit complicated and expensive I think but 5/6min walk find you the main road attention dogs at night is dangerous the neighborhood either a car in loc or scooter or taxi that brings you back ... 8min place Jema elfna by car

If there were zero stars, I was going to award you so much your place no longer makes you want to visit, I explain:
I came with my husband and my 3-year-old son from Casablanca and during the journey we receive a booking message telling us that the card is blocked and without change from us, our booking will be cancelled. We hasten to call the owner several times and he even hangs up on us.we even leave him a message on whatsapp to prove our good faith. 3 hours later, we arrive at the hotel and big surprise: our reservation is simply cancelled according to him and on the booking site, the reservation is still maintained. The owner simply asked us to go elsewhere and chase us like common squatters... this is the second time we come and faced with the lack of professionalism and humanity that the owner showed as a young child, we found ourselves searching or staying at will quickly.
I'll never come back again...

I still have the proof and I claimed your accommodation from booking. Shame on you for making us look like liars when we were customers at your place in 2022 and we even left you a positive review at the time.
PS: I see on the google reviews that there were people who were in the same situation as ours and too bad we hadn't read their reviews before making the reservation
This property must be reported on all booking platforms in order to inform other potential guests of the scam awaiting them. This must stop!

Pension to be invalidated because fraudulent
Reservation made several weeks ago via Booking. 2600km of trips to spend 2 days in this establishment during the ferry crossing, I receive an email telling me to connect to Booking for invalid card problem. The one registered on Booking that allowed the property in the Basque Country and the one in Spain to charge it. Having not subscribed to a Moroccan phone plan I reactivate the data roaming which earns me an out of plan of 60€ in 5 minutes. I therefore subscribe at my operator a package for Morocco 60€ extra.
I'll call the Pension or I'll run into a courier. I send a message via Booking to explain to the property owner that his terminal must present a problem but that I regularize it upon arrival. When at 18:30 I receive a Booking message informing me that my Reservation has been cancelled and that the Pension is full. All in all I opened a dispute via Booking fortunately I had taken out insurance when I made my Reservation. Note that 8 calls were made to the Owner with only the courier answer. I had until 8pm to look for an establishment that could accommodate 2 nights following a cancellation and which had no problem validating the payment.
This gentleman will certainly specify as for all comments attesting to the same problem that my card was fraudulent not having come to present me he will not be able to add as for the other people that I was alcoholic or that I never booked except that the evidence is existing and kept Reservation, phone calls, email via Booking and opening of litigation.
The only thing to invalidate because fraudulent is this Pension!!!!
I will not give credit to a person who must allow himself to rent live rooms booked on Booking so as not to have to pay commission to it and who also asks to erase bad comments on this site.
Unfortunately, I did not bother to read the ones on Google being many to be identical to mine.
Having worked in catering with hotel and booking with a Rating above 8.5 by the work done for the well-being of guests, this property should not even be included.
The greatest good that it has brought me is a stay in a charming Pension Le Sherazade with a manager and staff with little care in the medina where I will stay again without hesitation.
