Worst place to stay in Milan

The staff are really rude, they charge you extra for towels and sheets that should just be included in the price - but only if you stay in the cheaper room.
So ..... what is the point in staying in the cheaper room?!
The photo's are nothing like what the place actually looks like. It is unclean, only one poorly maintained toilet. Creaking floorboards, unpleasant staff and generally pretty awful (just check out the reviews on various hostel websites).
Defintely pay a few extra €€€'s and stay somewhere else. Stay anywhere else!!
