Anandi Villa Homestay, Nandgaon, Murud
The property is in excellent location and very well maintained. The best part is the walk way through lush green plants and trees from the villa to the beach which is hardly 3 minutes walk. The hosts Mr. Tushar and Dr. Neha were very polite, helpful, interactive, homely, respective, and easily approachable whenever required. The Food was very delicious, home cooked and hygiene. Thank you Tushar and Dr. Neha. I will surely come back again.

Worst experience
Parking Experience Tushar dashed our new car. Got scratched on bumper. One should not touch other's car if not confident with your car a driving skills. Did not even apologise. Food Experience Food quality is below average for vegetarian dishes. Limited vegetarian options available. Tushar and family has designed timetable for all guests. This is the problem, people go on vacation to escape their monotony. Why would people like to follow timetable of meal time? We asked for some tea and lunch after reaching, they refused us by reminding us about their timetable. About dinner, we had ordered Paneer vegetable. I have never seen Paneer vegetable having coconut based curry. Panjabi curry is generally cashew based. On next day the breakfast was included in package, we got little little parcel of tasteless poha. To save cost of groundnuts they had added peas instead. We asked for the papad they gave us 100 pieces which were very highly charged in the bill later. We compared prices outside in same area. Food is not worth. Overall the property is lovely but hosts are not warm and welcoming. Saving cost at wrong places only affects the service and increases unsatisfied customer.

Leisure trip
Homely ambience. Clean well kept rooms and surroundings with basic facilities. Close to the beach. Beach is vast and water recedes during the day to be almost at the gate at night. Machan and outside sit out arrangements.
Tushar ensured that we had all that we needed. Polite and helpful staff.

Home stay With Exorbitant Rates..........With No access to Beach
We went there on Diwali holiday.......with great expectation !!!!!!!
Holiday home was with a personal touch creatively decorated.......owner was warm co operative & very professional........in dealings
Had a green backyard.with trees of sopari (betel nut) & coconut....very clean back yard with 3 swings Few chairs near the beach .stay near beach was relaxing & refreshing
Though this holiday home boast of a private beach ......but beach was not accessible as there were big boulders( large rocks)on the way.....hence you need to be acrobat for reaching to the beach.....holiday home made no arrangement for an easy access to the beach ,.....which was very sad part of our stay
Holiday Home with rooms.....very small.rooms.... with tiny bathrooms particularly standard rooms....basins in the bathrooms were of 10 inches size only .....however water pressure was very good as was supplemented by pressure pumps
No open space outside the rooms also........except for one room...other ....rooms were bit suffocating....strictly not recommended for senior citizen.........

Homely beach stay
Its is a very clean very homely place
They have a private beach which is beautiful
They provide home cooked food
They also provide you bbq stuff
