The cleaning service everyday is excellent. Fresh towels everyday is so nice. The receptionist/property manager Maria is so lovely and helpful. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need for short holiday stay. Do bear in mind that you can't cook in the apartment. It is set up to be able to make sandwiches and stored food items and drinks for 2 people. Only cons were that drying area for post-beach clothes could be easier to reach and with a few more gridlines.

Not good

Great location and clean room..both studios booked had smelly bathrooms like sewage while the shower cabinets are leaking creating a mess..since this is a repeated review comment I wouldn’t recommend booking there

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PROPERTY.

Well-maintained, clean accommodations and services that seemed good. Towel changes and cleaning every day. The furniture was almost all new and the towels and sheets were also of excellent quality.
The property is located right above the outdoor restaurant that bears the same name, often with music that sometimes lasts past midnight. The property is a stone's throw from the main street.
Among the complimentary products offered by the host (tea, coffee capsules, instant coffee) I discovered that the instant Nescafé had been expired for a full two years.
The experience, which initially seemed positive, turned out to be a total disappointment when on the last day a very serious incident happened to me that I do not want to recount, but which I hope will never happen to any other guest of the guest house.
Having noticed the event the evening before leaving (upon returning from the beach) and since the host was almost never on-site, I left a note expressing my disappointment, and upon returning to Italy, I sent an email to report what happened, but I never received a response.
I even wrote "Good" on the booking platform to avoid causing them problems.
I advise against it to everyone.
