Wonderful stay at the Nature Blue Studios, Valtos
We’ve just returned from the most magical stay in Parga, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!
We stayed at Nikos Dimas Studios (Nature Blue), which was exceptionally clean, tidy and had absolutely everything we needed. The accommodation is simple, with everything tiled, perfect for us. The lovely cleaner came in every day to clean the bathroom and provide fresh towels, and our sheets were changed most days.
Our terrace led straight out onto the beautiful garden, with just a tiny walk to the pool. I swam every morning, completely by myself, in total silence — it was honestly blissful. The pool was spotless and such a lovely area to relax in during the afternoon after returning from the beach.
The only extra cost was air conditioning at €5 per day, but even in August we didn’t need it as the room stayed lovely and cool. There was also a local tax of €2 per day.
Just two minutes up the road is a supermarket with everything you could possibly need. Then, just down the road — and completely flat in both directions — is the stunning Valtos Beach.
We hired luxurious sunbeds with shade every day for just €20 in total. The sand is pure golden sand, the sea is crystal clear, and the whole beach is absolutely breathtaking. There are also lots of lovely restaurants along the beachfront.
You can then hop on the water taxi, which runs regularly at 10 past and 20 to the hour, costing just €3 per person. It takes you straight into Parga, which is breathtaking. There are tiny walkways and pretty little streets filled with local shops, restaurants and bars, with something for every taste and budget.
We ate and had drinks out every evening for between €30 and €60, depending on what we fancied. One of our favourite tips was the club sandwich and fries for lunch - share one because they were absolutely huge and easily enough for two people. They were around €10.
We also went on a few boat trips, all departing from Parga Pier. It’s so easy to book — just head to the booking desk on the right-hand side near the end of the pier and choose from the different beach and boat trips available each day.
We also spent a fantastic day on the Captain Hook trip to Paxos, which was absolutely brilliant and a real highlight of our holiday.
Parga is truly beautiful, and our stay at Nikos Dimas Studios made the whole experience even more special. We’ve come home with the most wonderful memories and would definitely return!

Great experience, well worth the money
Great little place. Here for a week , room clean if a bit basic. No problem getting sunbeds , even after 10 in the morning., nice mix of guests. On many occasions it felt like our own villa x.. walk to voltas beech and Parga not a problem, and that's with the wife's broken metatarsal !

Lovely small apartment complex
Stayed for a week at this beautiful apartment complex. Room was immaculate. Bathroom had just been renovated and a really good size. Shower was fab! Cleaned every other day and towels changed every few days. Brilliant air con.
Only ten apartments at the moment. We stayed on the ground floor number 7. No noise from above.
Lovely and quiet complex
Pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. No curfew to use the pool.
Gardens are well kept.
Owner is very friendly and happy!
Cleaner was very efficient.
Only downside I’d say is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach in the heat!

Perfect stay
Nature and Blue. I’ll start with the only negative in my opinion. The road to the beach was unpaved and some drivers inconsiderate to pedestrians, but I’ve found that in Greece. However the location is quiet, has a mini market 30m away and a restaurant 100m. Beach takes 10 mins and Parga 30 mins with an average pace. The hill between Valtos and Parga some may find a challenge, especially in the heat. There is the boat taxi 3 euros each way (cash only). We mainly walked. We had one of the newly refurbished rooms. Excellent. Good shower, strong A/C, loads of room. No issues getting a sun bed, guests respecting each other, removing towels when away for a period of time, as it should be. Pool, rooms and site were spotless.

Great stay
Now known as Nature and Blue Studios. Mr Vasilis is a lovely friendly and helpful owner and couldn't do enough to make our holiday very enjoyable and memorable. Yulie kept the studios, pool and gardens immaculate, cleaning done everyday. Our only regret was we were only there for one week. Would definitely recommend here for peace and tranquility. Thank you so much Mr Vasilis.
