IDEAL PLACE TO STAY

Epic Rooms is in a wonderful location as everywhere is within easy reach.
Chrisoula, who runs this small guest house, is the perfect host. She is attentive to your every needs and helpful in every way.
Everything is very clean and everything works.
If you're visiting Delphi, you couldn't stay in a friendlier or more reasonably priced place.
A perfect base for visiting the museum and the Temple of Apollo

No soundproofing, no rest!

I don't usually leave reviews, in fact, I practically never do. But this time I feel I have to make an exception. One star is the minimum for this facility. Non-existent soundproofing: the door looks like cardboard, the fixtures are old and do not insulate anything. Upstairs, furniture shifted until after 11pm, then at 4am a sound of water began that seemed to run through the walls. To complete the picture, a compressor in intermittent operation. After 5 o'clock, other disturbing noises from the apartment above. More than Epic Rooms, here the epic feat is to be able to sleep.

Fairly good but let down by lack of hot water

The two ladies who welcomed us were charming -very friendly and helpful. The room had adequate heating, which was beneficial as we happened to stay during a chilly spell. There was was a little balcony and the view was excellent. It was quiet and so we were not disturbed. Epic rooms are at the east end of the street, and therefore extremely well placed for the archaelogical site.
We were allocated Room 3. The bed had a footboard -not ideal for a tall person. The wooden headboard was low and we both knocked our heads on it! The mattress was hard, and it had seen better days -with small tears in it, and some staining; however, a mattress protector was fitted.
The room was serviced. Apart from that it was self-catering. To boil a kettle it was necessary to go in the communal kitchen, which was cold.
There was no hot water in the room. But running the "hot" tap for a few minutes produced warm water.
The toilet leaked -fresh water, so maybe from the cistern?

Good value for money deal with an exceptional welcome

Hotel very well located in relation to the archaeological site. The welcome is warm and attentive. The kitchen available to customers is very appreciable, especially for breakfast. The room is correct and clean. Very good value for money.

Very pleasant room, breathtaking view, small balcony.

Very pleasant room, balcony, breathtaking view, friendly welcome. Ideal location in town, close to everything. Kitchen on site if necessary with refrigerator available. Very quiet, far from the noise of the restaurants. Spacious and simple room.
