Very good customer service! Their breakfast is great!
The rooftop bar has the view of Acropolis and the staffs are welcoming and kind!
Plus the prices are great and big potions.

Pros: Great location, rooftop bar has great views of the acropolis, staff is friendly, helpful, and desk is open 24/7. Room was clean and AC did the job.
Cons: The walls, doors, windows have no sound barrier, we could never sleep past 7AM. There is also construction across the street.

Great hotel and location is spot on for seeing all the main attractions of Athens. Staff were polite and friendly and couldn’t do more for you.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights after being in Italy for a week then flying out to Zakynthos. Our plane was delayed and I was worried about getting to the hotel late and how it may affect our check in. I emailed the hotel and they immediately wrote back, assuring me that our reservation was secure and it would be no problem. We arrived just before their restaurant closed and they insisted on taking our bags to our room and sending us directly to the restaurant so we could eat, which was fantastic after a long travel day full of delays! The view from the restaurant of the Acropolis was absolutely amazing! The food and drinks were good and just what we needed after a long day. The staff was beyond helpful, pre-ordering us a taxi for the airport on our check out day as we had to leave extremely early. The room was clean but small (which I have found to be the norm in Europe). The elevator is extremely small, you can comfortably fit two people in it so if you’re claustrophobic you may want to use the stairs.
