Absolutely recommended – great stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the service left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back!

Nice and familiar place to stay
I’ve been there to go to Europa Park. There was space enough for 4 adults.
Sleeping was comfortable.
It is a 3 star superior hotel, with few rooms and a restaurant at floor 0. No noise from restaurants in floors above.
Just in the middle of Rust with everything nearby.

Avoid.
We didnt have a reservation however we were told they could fit us in if we left before an alloted time.
We were given a table at the back of the resturaunt out of the way and left there.
No menus, no drinks orders, nothing for over 20 mins.
The place wasnt busy at the time.
Really poor.
We got up, walked out and went elsewhere.
How long the service is when they are busy, well, anybody's guess!!

We are very surprised by this.
Since, as you mentioned, you were with us when the restaurant was empty, we can hardly imagine that you had to wait 20 minutes.
It would be a real shame if you gave us a bad review when you may have visited a different restaurant.
