A wonderful stay at Hotel Kaiser Quartier in Münster. Beautiful historic surroundings, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of nature to enjoy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing room, wonderful surrounding but breakfast was bad. Don’t take the breakfast there, go for something better. We paid 54€ for 2adults and 2 toddlers.. I mean it’s a rip off for a piece of bread and two bacons

Unfriendly staff, unclear check-in instructions as well as unclear parking arrangements. We arrived when it was dark, and were not admitted into the building, and were sent to look for the Hotel without further guidance. This was not appreciated as were tired after a long car journey with 2 children. Nothing extra was available to us as we were not in the main hotel, and we had to search for things such as toilet paper, clean cups, and tea mugs. - Check-in instructions in more than one language would be much appreciated. - Finally, location: A car is essential! We knew this in advance, but good for others to know that this hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Münster city center.

Enjoyable stay!!!

Wow, live in a cloister for a few days. Very quiet place, on the site of a monastery style. We had a large room, in the building that contains only 12 out of 2 floors. Community kitchen as well as library where we can take our snacks without problem. Nice place.

It's a side building 3mins away from the main hotel where the restaurant/bar is.
All in some sort of campus.
Religious relics in the hallway, but not in room.
NOTE: Restaurant close at 20:00. We arrived at 19:30 …in the belief that staff were still not sick (ref note from management in another review). Nowhere else nearby to eat.
Room very, very nice, but no AC or blackout blinds ☹ Shutters on the outside, but found no way to lower them, and no staff to ask in that house.
Mattress and pillow superb, so in winter it would be perfect.
Easy and safe parking.
