Charming inside. Twin bunk room was small but clean and really gave the illusion of being in a sleeper car. Staff was friendly and location was convenient.

Hotel is very quaint and different. Very noisy at night on the entrance side of the building. Rooms a little hot and stuffy, but very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to shopping and transport. TV has no English channels.

The staff was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early because our room was ready and this was hugely appreciated. The Small fridge in the room was so helpful! Location was amazing.
The only limitation of our particular room was that there was no air-conditioning but it is fair given that we paid a very inexpensive price in the summer months. This also worked out quite fine in the end because it was not too hot, and they gave us a nice fan which made a big difference. I would go back especially since there are dedicated gluten-free restaurants nearby, Marienplatz and subway, are just five minute walk.

A perfectly fine hotel for the price. Has some nice quirks and style which make it much more interesting than a mediocre chain hotel with better amenities. The location is pretty perfect for foot travel across the city. The breakfast is nice. The staff is lovely. The rooms are tiny. The shower is tiiiiiny. I would still return happily!!

The hotel is cute, the theme is great. Was quiet, wondered if anyone else staying, until met one couple in lift. great positioning to everything.
However the lack of Aircon was a problem, due to a heatwave. The ceiling fan can not manage in 30deg. So had to checkout a night earlier, to go elsewhere, so could get some sleep.
In the end that was a wise decision as we had an early flight and the direct line to airport was closed due to maintenance. Thus been near airport meant les stress and yes some much needed sleep.
