Very comfortable, great breakfast, pool was nice. Gym was adequate but that's not really why you're staying here. The parking garage needs better signage but was fairly large and easy to get through for a European city garage.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious, but the atmosphere felt very corporate — more ‘conference hotel’ than cosy or welcoming. It’s fine for a quick overnight stop, though the room was quite dark with very little natural light. And only German electric cars can charge at the parking area, which was very disappointing

We had a Nice stay at pentahotel Leipzig. The hotel is just a walk from the main shopping Streets. We Got a Nice breakfast and the beds were really good👌 our son used the pool to relax after days with a lot of walking. The staff was helpfull and nice.

The check in-process was awful. Self check in is just bad service. We'll never visit the hotel again.

Very poor

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is the first not to provide a bottle of water in the room. And the staff seemed surprised when I queried it. Paying a lot of money and this has annoyed me beyond belief.
Oh and the WiFi doesn’t work.
