Basenfasten und Auftanken

Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhebedürftige (Kleinwendern liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wäldern mit vielen Wanderwegen bzw. Langlaufloipen und ist erstes Arche-Dorf in Bayern) und für Unternehmungslustige (die B303 und A93 sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt).
Ich war für eine 10tägige Basenfastenkur da und habe jedes Essen genossen. Der Chef steht selbst in der Küche und befasst sich seit bald 20 Jahren mit Basenfasten. Für die Faster gibt es zwar "nur" Obst und Gemüse, aber so köstlich, dass man/frau sich auf jede Mahlzeit freut, die jedesmal auch den Augen etwas bietet.
Ich konnte in den 10 Tagen 3 Kilos "da lassen", trotz der Schlemmerei!
Ein besonderer Genuss waren für mich auch die Massagen, die im Wellnessbereich von der Chefin angeboten werden. Mein Favorit: die Öl-Salz-Massage.
Das Hotel ist ein kleines, individuell geführtes Haus, das vom Besitzerehepaar mit sehr viel Engagement und Einsatz für die Gäste geführt wird.
Ich werde sicher wieder kommen!

Basenfasten

Ich war 5 Tage zum Basenfasten da. Es war rundum perfekt. Idyllische Lage zum Wandern, nettes Waldbad. Das Basenfasten wurde Kompetenz angeleitet, der Chef kocht selbst, alles war extrem lecker. Ich hatte ein riesiges Zimmer mit Küche (Studio) mit großem Balkon und schönen Blick. Die Massagen im Wellnessbereich waren großartig.

Bequeme Betten, sehr große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, schöne Landschaft

Super um sich mal zu erholen. Wellness, Kneippbecken, Wanderwege, Ruhe und Entspannung. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Man kann tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen z.B. Luisenburg Festspiele.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
