Very mixed feelings.
Secure free parking.
A beautiful trendy decor in the lobby.
Simple but pleasant reception.
Very small room, bathroom also small. A bathtub from another era. Air conditioning a bit noisy.
Very comfortable bedding, good breakfast. On the other hand, the price of this hotel is far too high compared to the overall service.
At this price, one could expect a more professional check-out and not just a "goodbye."
Where have the "thank you, sir, see you soon, have a good day" gone?? As it should be.

Je suis ravi d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié l'accueil de notre équipe, ainsi que la décoration de notre lobby et le confort de notre literie. Néanmoins, je suis désolé d'apprendre que la taille de votre chambre et l'état de la baignoire n'ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous nous efforçons de fournir un rapport qualité-prix juste et nous prenons vos commentaires en considération. Notez toutefois que notre tarification répond à la loi de l'offre et de la demande et votre "surprise" aurait probablement été la même chez l'un de nos confrères.
En ce qui concerne l'interaction à votre départ, nous reconnaissons l'importance d'un au revoir cordial et je regrette que cela ait pu vous sembler insuffisant. Chaque retour d'expérience est précieux pour nous, car il nous aide à améliorer notre service et à mieux répondre aux attentes de nos clients.

Strange configuration of some rooms?
everything was good, comfort, staff, cleanliness... everything EXCEPT
The transparent wall of the restroom, overlooking the hallway and a mirror from which one can see into the room... and vice versa. So there is no privacy, including for the restroom. We hated it.

The unique character of our rooms is often appreciated by many guests. Each room has its own configuration, which contributes to the charm of our establishment.

I would not have thought of this kind of configuration! We did not notice it right away. Afterward, it was too late! To move everything when we were only there for one night.
We should have been informed in advance, instead of being left to discover this configuration!

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience concernant votre séjour mais je suis au regret de vous informer que votre commentaire concerne l'IBIS Styles et non l'IBIS (tout court).
En effet, c'est l'autre hôtel qui propose les salles de bain avec la paroi vitrée, et pas nous.
Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir et de vous proposer une chambre qui répondra mieux à vos attentes en matière d'intimité et de confort.
