Amazing and Perfect
Place was amazing. Meet and greet was wonderful. Immaculate and cleaned daily. Staff exceptional and nothing to much trouble.
Location perfect. This place was recommended to us and we certainly were not disappointed and we would recommend to anybody else wanting to visit Cyprus

Weekend in Paphos
Nice hotel, friendly staff, give good service and fast, very quiet, a minute walk from Khabadd House and some restaurants in the area.

A relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.
We have been visiting Cyprus for over 20 years, and have stayed in many apartments and hotels in the Paphos area. Waterside is up there with the best we have experienced and it will now be my default choice for subsequent visits. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, with daily housekeeping and clean towels. The pool is beautiful and was a real plus point on our stay, as was the lovely private veranda with sofa and hanging chair! We also enjoyed the roof chillout zone and saw some spectacular sunsets in comfort. Next time, we will use the barbecue up there. There is a little noise from the road, but the double glazing takes care of that at night, so it's not really a problem. The noisy wedding bus - filled with exuberant guests - we saw on several ocasions just made me smile. There are good restaurants in the area and a walk up Othelou will reveal decent dining options. I've been home for 2 days and I'm missing Waterside already!

Lovely place to stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Waterside - 2 Bedroom Apartment.
We’ve visited Cyprus many times over the years, but this was our first stay in Paphos, and it certainly won’t be our last.
Waking up each morning to the beautiful sea and harbour views from both the bedrooms and the living room was a real highlight. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee, watching the world go by.
The location is excellent, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
The daily housekeeping was exceptional. Fresh towels every day made it feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel rather than a self-catering apartment.
The thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch, with snacks, fresh fruit, beer and wine waiting for us on arrival.
The apartment was beautifully equipped with a very comfortable bed, dressing gowns, slippers, plenty of storage space, and a great selection of toiletries, which means less to pack. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the modern lighting was a nice feature, and there were plenty of UK TV channels for relaxing in the evenings.
As we hired a car, it was great to find parking easy and convenient throughout our stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. We were able to arrange a check-out, which definitely softened the sadness of having to leave!

Fantastic holiday
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was modern, spotless and very comfortable, with everything our family needed. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was a great place to relax.
The staff was outstanding, always friendly, responsive and helpful. Communication before and during our stay was excellent.
The only thing we liked less was the busy road in front of the property, but this was a minor issue compared to all the positives.
Overall, an excellent place to stay with great value for money. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
