Amazing
We had an excellent stay at Pullman Zagreb. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Lucia at the front desk, who was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her warm and professional service. Highly recommended!

Great new Pullman property
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new Pullman property. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, exactly what you would expect from the Pullman brand.
The breakfast offered an excellent variety of options, and it was never too crowded, making for a very relaxing start to the day.
I experienced a few minor inconveniences during my stay, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Larisa and Tin for their outstanding support and friendly service. They handled everything promptly and made sure my stay remained enjoyable.

Industrial / Business hotel
Stayed for 2 nights here as part of a bus tour. Discovered that this hotel is well out from the city centre ..about 12 euro by Uber and minimum 35 euro by taxi. Shopping centre nearby but otherwise the hotel is in an industrial area with busy freeway on one side and railway line on the other.
Shopping centre has a good SPA supermarket selling everything from Alcohol to TVs.
Road or rail noise was not an issue on either night but the Friday night rave party in the basement helped keep every guest awake until music stopped at 3 a.m.
Room 218 had bare concrete walls, floating floorboards and a mirror placed with a view of whoever was in bathroom (doorless) to whoever is lying in the bed.
The local restaurants could not cope with numbers from the hotel so we needed to eat in the hotel. Dinner for a couple cost us about 30 euro and a couple of drinks each came to 36 euro.
Maybe a good hotel for business people but not one that I can recommend for tourists.

An important detail.
It is far from the center. At least 30 minutes by taxi. Uber is easy to get and not expensive. Very friendly at the reception. Room of good size. Proper cleaning. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
But the bathroom has the shower open to the room and in front of a mirror. No privacy at all. I did not like it at all.

Hotel built in an industrial style, lots of pipes everywhere.
We should have stayed in Zagreb and got a taxi to Pullman to be collected for cruise. Nothing to see around hotel, way out of the centre. Would definitely not stay here again.
