Very Close to the Old City
The location was perfect, next to supermarkets, Bank and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Split City Old Town and Port. Flat was tiny, but recently renovated and very cute. Everything was spotless. It has its own little kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, pots and silverware. There was plenty of clean towels. The owner welcomed us with a refrigerator loaded with delicatessen and drinks. The boutique hotel has no elevator, so we asked for ground floor. It was very convenient, but unfortunately there was no balcony, only a little window that opened into the parking and passage to the hotel , so we couldn't open it. There is a tiny parking.

Was Split Centre Apartments & Booking.com Complicit in Dishonesty
In Jan 2022 I made a booking for two nights from 24 Aug’22 to check-out on 26 Aug’22 @ Eur 235.20. But on 15 Aug 2022 booking.com advised that they were unable to charge my card and that I would have to pay €235.20 that day or my reservation would be cancelled. Having confirmed that all my cards were in perfect working order, I manually used my Visa card then my Mastercard to which booking.com responded instantly to both with “sorry, that didn't work”. With booking.com having rejected both my cards, I turned to Paypal as a third independent method of payment, who confirmed that €235.20 was paid to booking.com. Shockingly, the next day Paypal advised me that booking.com had rejected their payment, in violation of the terms and conditions agreed to in my reservation and booking.com advised that they had cancelled my booking. And Despite all my protestations both Split Centre Apartments and booking.com refused to reinstate my original booking, forcing me to make a new booking at Eur 467.46 roughly double the agreed price.

Terrace apartment in the center of old Split
The apt was located in the best location in the Dyclasian Palace. It has 3 bedrooms which served the group of us well. It was super clean with an extra large fully stocked terrace overlooking the ocean. We didn’t cook in the apt but we could have

Very nice apartment, good location, newly decorated & excellent value for money
Peter, the owner of our apartment was so lovely and helpful. Our taxi driver was awaiting our arrival at the airport & Peter welcomed us when we arrived at our apartment. Although it was an apartment for 2 people, I previously enquired if my daughter could stay and she would be arriving 2 days later. It was no problem at all, he bought an airbed for her and bedding and only charged around £50 extra for that. He also picked her up from the airport and took the 3 of us back to the airport on our return to Bristol. The kitchen was well equipped, although a toaster would have made it perfect, he also left a tea towel, dishcloths, scourer & washing up liquid - a rarity in self catering apartments these days and a big help. The apartment is just a small walk away from the Riva (main strip) and I'd say a 20 minute walk to the back which was lovely. We would definitely recommend Peter's apartments, the air con was a blessing too, in the sweltering heat. Thank you!

Close to the old town
This apartment is perfect for a sightseeing holiday. It's really close to the old town as well as the port and the stations. It has private parking which is almost impossible to find in the centre. The host is also very kind and stands at your disposal whenever you need it. The room is comfortable and free wi-fi is available there. We had a great time in Split and would come back.
