The hotel was great and the location couldn’t be better. The only drawback is that there’s no place for a taxi/uber to drop you off as it’s on a major street. We had to haul our luggage two blocks which on cobblestone sidewalks was not easy. My recommendation is have them park near the pharmacy that is on the corner of the street as the walk from there is short. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Split.

NIGHTMARE RESERVATION WITH AGODA

I booked a room on Agoda filtering for 4 people. The description clearly stated: "1 queen size bed AND 2 single beds", totaling 4 sleeping arrangements. Arriving in Split at 10 PM, the hotel denied us access because Agoda's system recorded the reservation for "1 adult", which is completely absurd given the number of beds rented!
We had to negotiate from 10 PM to midnight on the phone with Agoda, only to end up left on the street in the middle of the night in a foreign country. Customer service today refuses to provide me with the promised cash compensation over the phone and hides behind unusable "Agoda Cash" credits. They blame the customer instead of taking responsibility for the display bug on their platform. Unfair business practices and shameful emergency service. Avoid at all costs!

I stayed in a suite at this hotel. Our room had a queen bed, a sofa bed, and another sofa. My sons slept on the sofa bed and extra sofa. They said it was ok, but not very comfortable. For one night it was fine. The beds in the next room, where we were, were very comfortable. You can separate these two areas with a sliding door for privacy, which we appreciated. The hotel is very close / walkable to the ferry terminal and old town. An uber or Bolt ride there from the airport was about 30€, a taxi would have been 40€ (June 2026 prices). The hotel included breakfast, but the 2-in-1 shampoo / soap was not great, but the shower itself was very good. A pharmacy on the corner offered high end hair products that solved that issue for me. There was a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast is included. We enjoyed eggs, croissants, and tea/coffee/juice before going out for the day to explore. The location was very convenient for catching a ferry or exploring old town.

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet even being next to the elevator we could not hear any noise. Breakfast is very nice with options like scrambled eggs that taste like good quality eggs; not the gross prepackaged stuff they feed you in America. There was roasted vegetables, bacon, sausage, and much more. They did not have wash cloths and also we did not receive our bottle of sparkling wine that was supposed to come with the reservation. We asked for more pillows and they brought a nice selection but they did not have pillow cases on them. Overall a very nice stay

Excellant quality modern boutique hotel next to the old town

We booked this hotel because it within walking distance of the old town, which is traffic free. Also we could take taxis to restaurants outside Split old town and it is overlooking the ferry port for trips to the beautiful nearby islands such as Brac & Hvar by either fast catamarans or slower cheaper ferries We stayed for 2 weeks from end of May to early June. Our room was a Comfort type with a sea view and a small balcony. It had king size bed, coffee facilities, a small safe for valuables in the wardrobe and plenty of storeage place ( we asked for extra hangers and pillows). The bathroom was modern with a combined bath and shower.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and hotel was very clean and our bedding and towels were all changed each day. In the basement there was a fully equiped fitness room, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The hotel was very clean and modern.
The only criticism was the breakfast because the food was generally very cold, the coffee machine only warm, the toaster jammed, eggs were hard boiled, cold pancakes, they ran out of fruit jogurt & muesli and had minmal fresh fruit. They need a small microwave to heat food. I complained to Irma the General Manager and she arranged that Natelie, who was serving in the breahfast room and very nice & helpful, look after our requirements better, but these small issues could easily be resolved, since we heard many guests muttering about the breakfast problems.
All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel inspite of the poor breakfast
