Great hotel! Balcony is bonus!!

Room was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, underground parking was very convenient, and balcony was a perfect bonus! No complaints. We brought chairs from the room onto patio to enjoy the beautiful weather!

Loved it. Rooms were perfect, service was excellent, parking available and nice pool. Both restaurants were amazing.

The room smelled like sewage and when I request to speak with someone nobody was available and even though I called the hotel
multiple times nobody was willing to talk to me about it. Very expensive room to have to sleep with the window and balcony open.

The pool was closed. The conditionned air was poor. There were mold in the bathroom. The parking lot was hardly accessible and overbooked for the amount of cars. The escalators were unefficient, too small and always packed of people. We had to plan about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the parking lot from our room.

Garage pretty dirty, stepped into a mount of dirt behind my car. My shoes were full of sand. No charging for electric cars. No breakfast included.
