We had a very good experience at Quality Inn Orleans with our group of 53 seniors. The rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely upgraded, and the beds were excellent!
The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite, helpful, and professional. Everything went smoothly from booking to checkout.

the only things that we not bad the breakfast food the coffee and juice very bad the beds bad they cleaned the bath well but the rest not so good. Place needs a facelift!

We called to say we wouldn’t be able to make the reservation due to our car breaking down. Even had a rep call and say we had our car broke down. The property refused to even partially refund our stay. As is their right, but clearly unforeseen circumstances happened and they were less than willing to at least give a partial refund.

Terrible experience

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The entire property is extremely old, rusty, and poorly maintained, but the worst part was the complete lack of security and quiet. At 2:00 AM, a girl was screaming right outside our door, waking everyone up in utter fear. It felt completely unsafe, and management clearly does not care about guest safety or basic upkeep. Save your money and stay far away from this nightmare of a place.

Very overpriced. Dated hotel, slow elevator. Went with a group under a block rate but everyone had different rates. Won’t be back.
