great xp

small family hotel on the foot of vitosha mountain. great and friendly staff always willing to help. this made our stay relaxing. rooms are basic and clean. powerfull shower, hot water, airco and good heating. daily cleaning of the room. fridge and tv in the room. laundry service possible. nice simple breakfast to give you a good start of the day. free coffee and tea. need to checkout before 6 am to get our flight. even then breakfast was ready. its possible to buy some sweets and cold drinks at the frontdesk. great walking possibilities nearby for a hike in the mountains. some shop and nice restaurant within 1 km. beds are hard. i sleep on hard beds but here i need a few days before i was used to this. the locaton is a bit out of the city. quiet and although its possible to reach the city by bus and metro we always get there by taxi. it will cost 10 to 15 euro's single way. its not that i didnt like that but you have to keep that in mind.

Kindness, tranquility, cleanliness

We stayed only one night in transit, but we were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the lady (possibly the owner) who met us (she speaks very well English), the comfort of the room (enough towels and bath products) and cleaning. Also, the breakfast was very rich and varied. The hotel is located in a quiet area with lots of greenery, perfect for rest and relaxation. The price-quality ratio is exceptional (we had the triple room). We will come back next time. Congratulations! I strongly recommend you.

We stayed for 2 nights in this family hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. Really nice and helpfull people. Besides a warm welcome there was also a warm goodbye. A shame we weren’t able to stay langer, but we’ll be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is also great. Overall, we felt at home

Amazing hotel in wonderful location

Just got back from staying at this amazing hotel in the Vitosha district of Sofia. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, amazing staff and owners who couldn't do enough for you. The place is absolutley spotless and we are already making plans to go back.

Good hotel for city break

We had bed (triple room) & breakfast here at a great price. The room was 4-star-hotel worthy and we also had a very good breakfast, with multiple choices (for adults and kids). All these make it a great location.
