Enjoy this holiday home in the green!
Had a very nice stay at HOLIDAY HOME Factorij10! This building apparently used to serve as a B&B, but it is currently a holiday home for 6 people. Ideal!
Ideal place to relax, located right next to the cycle path, beautiful region in the area! Furthermore, the gas fireplace is cozy on colder evenings and it is also nice to sit outside on a warm summer evening. There is also a BBQ available that you can use.
We also had breakfast delivered on Sunday morning and we rented electric bicycles. All well organized and on time.

An outstanding property run with stunning attention to detail deserves 5*+
After initial problems trying to pay the deposit with the UK banking system refusing to cooperate with the Belgian banking system I resorted to phoning Martine and resolved the problem straight away. This was the only problem we had during our stay, everything else was perfection. Location of the tastefully renovated tobacco factory is on the edge of town, away from traffic and situated amongst mature trees giving a restful atmosphere. A welcome drink followed by an informative tour of the facilities indicated we were in for a very special stay. Our room, Porte-Bonheur, was exceptional in all aspects, it simply could not be faulted, probably due to the owners sleeping in the room prior to opening for guests to trouble shoot any issues - brilliant idea other hoteliers should adopt. Breakfast on both days was f gourmet quality, sadly we had an early start on Sunday and couldn't relax long enough to enjoy all of the locally sourced foods on offer. If you want to relax, chill out and generally be pampered then a stay here will work wonders, just a shame we couldn't stay longer than 2 nights. A return visit would be very much anticipated but sadly it won't be in 2018 due to event dates clashing. We will be back though, that's for sure!

A hidden gem
Friend with family of six from Las Vegas came to visit us last week, at the beginning I was a little bit of worry that we cannot find a decent hotel near by our place in such small city ( my friend works at Wynn one of the most luxuries hotel in th world), surprised surprised there were so many nice hotels around. And, fortunately we picked one of the best one.
Hotel is cozy, beautiful, tasty. Service and breakfast were friendly and nice. Our friends had great impression of the high standard hospitality of Beglium. Make me a very happy host! Thank you!

Comfortabel en knus verblijf
Sleutel van de accommodatie was handig opgeborgen in een kluisje. Informatie over locatie van kluis en toegang tot kluis was gestuurd en dat werkte perfect.
De accommodatie is ruim en comfortabel. Genoeg ruimte voor 6 personen. Ruime open keuken en ook een bijkeuken met extra koelkast. Alle gewenste apparaten zijn aanwezig. Huiskamer is voorzien van genoeg zitgelegenheid en een heerlijke gaskachel om de ruimte te warmen.
Slaapkamers zijn via een lange trap met bocht te bereiken. Ook hier weer riante ruimte, waarbij een grote slaapkamer met eigen badkamer (zonder toilet) en twee slaapkamer naast elkaar, met daartussen de badkamer. Een extra toilet is boven los in de hal bij de twee slaapkamers.
Omgeving biedt genoeg ruimte om te wandelen, fietsen of eropuit te trekken. Wij waren hier om de escaperoom Mystery 19 te bezoeken (wel van te voren reserveren). Daar zit ook een leuke abdij/brouwerij bij!
Wat kleine dingen dat wat aandacht nodig had, dit is doorgegeven aan de verhuurder en er zou naar gekeken worden. Heeft het verblijf verder niet beïnvloed.

super vriendelijk enorm behulpzaam, mijn man zat in rolstoel het is er zeer proper lekker ontbijt met streekproducten en zelfgebakken brood’doe zo voort wij komen zeker nog eens terug
