Nice hotel

A nice cozy hotel with clean room. The staff are very friendly and really accommodating! The spa area is spacious and has various saunas as well as a steam bath. The food was delicious, you could choose between three dishes the night before. Also at breakfast the choice was wide, there was something for everyone. Also worth mentioning is the delicious Sachertorte we had eaten for coffee! We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Really cozy, familiar, just feel good
cozy garden , excellent cuisine, generous breakfast buffet
We spent a hiking week here, and thanks to the spacious sauna facility also enjoyed the rainy days

Pure relaxation and enjoyment

We spent a week here and felt very comfortable. Always friendly staff, very good food, excellent breakfast buffet and a wonderful beer garden. Simply a place to feel good and enjoy.

We did a snowshoeing week organised by the Hotel
Great location for snowshoeing and winter walking.

No WiFi in room, personnel not very dedicated, mediocre food

Stayed here for multiple nights in summer 2021 during hiking vacation. It was not a great experience: no wifi in room or outside in garden; only in lobby. Staff serving food was not very friendly and seemed focused on getting us out of restaurant as soon as possible. Food quality was mediocre, portions are small. Room was outdated but clean. Would not recommend staying here. Personnel seemed not very dedicated and more on auto-pilot.
