Tennessee is divided into three: Eastern Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and Western Tennessee. The eastern part covers Bristol, Chattanooga, Johnson City, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg. Middle Tennessee is home to Nashville, while Western Tennessee spans from Mississippi to Memphis.
