Village des Arts - This famous complex is a must-visit when in Senegal's capital city, Dakar. It features the works of some of Senegal's most promising and established photographers, painters, and sculptors in a large garden space. Maison des Esclaves - A museum and memorial designed to remember the Atlantic slave trade on Goree Island. The museum has undergone several renovations but retains some of the original design. It features the famous 'doorway to nowhere', which opens directly to the sea.
