The Fukuoka Airport is located just two stops away from Hakata Station and five stops away from Tenjin Station - as such, one of the most popular ways to get from the airport to downtown is via the use of subway. The ride should take approximately 5 and 11 minutes respectively and it should cost around SGD 3 (USD 2.30). Alternatively, you may also opt for a bus that is operated by Nishi-Nippon Railroad for the same price - the journey should take around 20 minutes.
