It's very nice hotel and it's too cheap I think.when you consider other hotels you find out its cheaper than the others
As expected, superior quality and style - par for the course for a Marmara hotel. This isn’t the best location for walkable sightseeing, but it is on a busy main street with a taxi station close by. The rooftop patio is the best place to hang out in the summer – with a small, refreshing pool, plenty of lounging space and a bar with views of the place you came to see. In the winter, the rooftop restaurant is still a perfect place for those same spectacular views. If you don’t get enough exercise exploring the streets, there’s a full fitness room available. Here’s a tip – book your room without breakfast included, and the hotel will give you a discount price instead. Breakfast is served downstairs where the café/bar is located.
Part of the Marmara family of hotels, the Marmara Taksim sits just next to the Pera Museum, and overlooks the Golden Horn. Compared to its sister hotel in Taksim, the Marmara Pera is much more subdued and offers a simple elegance. The staff is very helpful, and the man who showed me to my room was very eager and excited to practice his English and learn where I was from. This hotel is really charming and a comfortable place to stay for any type of traveler. The lobby is pact with conference goers, musicians, businessmen, families, and couples. This 360 degree hotel offers a variety of rooms with views of the Golden Horn, Taksim, or a Bosphorous/Golden Horn view. I thought the rooms were really clean and I liked that some of the furniture had an updated 1960s vibe. If you stay at the Marmara Pera, be sure to visit the Mikla Bar and Restaurant on the top floor. It has received rave reviews and offers a 360 degree view of Istanbul!
While I didn't stay at the hotel, the bar is a must-see! Fantastic views of Sultanhamet!
This hotel is in a beautiful location, close to amazing cuisine and nightlife and near transportation to tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and informative not just about the European side of Istanbul but also the Asian side. Only flaw? The pictures make the rooftop look much more exquisite than I felt it was but would I stay here again? Absolutely!
