The Admiral Fell Inn is located right next to the Fells Point Harbor and surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is everything you're looking for in a historic inn with a rich history. Supposedly it's haunted, but I visited during the day so I didn't get that sense. The rooms and amenities aren't exactly modern, but you can't beat the charm of the exposed brick and plush sitting areas- it was like being transported back to the 1800's. The rooms and lobby were very clean, and the front desk attendant was very courteous and friendly. The rooms are a little small but I loved the hardwood floors and four poster beds, and there were plenty of pillows. The Inn is pet-friendly and also offers complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. They also make a point of promoting marriage equality and pro- LGBT beliefs as part of Baltimore's heritage. If you're looking for an authentic Baltimore visit then this is the place to stay.

I did not stay at the Inn so I have no comment on it. I did eat at the restaurant recently and it was horrible. Our waitress was, to be kind, inattentive. Our appetizer was delivered burned- when i finally flagged the waitress down she said even before coming to the table "was it burned"- we sat for 30 minutes after finishing eating waiting to get a check-I finally had to find the manager to get it. Worst experience ever!

This hotel is an older one rich with harbor history. Supposedly has ghosts occupying it. Its a very nice hotel, elegant however not as modern as I would prefer. Its location is awesome right in downtown Fells point! A perfect spot to walk to local shops and bars. The walk to the Inner Harbor is really not even that far so great location all around!

There be ghosts here! I really love this hotel, but for different reasons than for a lot of hotels I like. I wouldn't rate the Admiral Fell Inn extremely high on amenities or luxury accommodations. However, the building (or actually, collection of fused buildings) is ripe with Baltimore harbor-front history and character. And actually is rumored to have ghosts! It also occupies one of the best corners in Fells Point, perfect for prowling the local pubs, shops and piers. Legend has it that Edgar Allen Poe had his last drink at "The Horse You Came In On", right next to Admiral Fell. And if it's good enough for Poe, it's good enough for Arlo!

It's been years since I stayed here, but I remember it being extremely nice. In a waterfront Fells Point neighborhood, classy and that special bit of unique Baltimore character that makes the entire harbor such a special place. Impeccably elegant, would love to come back for another stay.
